If we don't get at least block 31, then i'd be happy with 42 & 44.
If two companies have won...then one has one block, and one has won two blocks. (depending on how the terminology is construed ...are they only talking about local companies as such?)...certainly a positive indicator.

The sell down from 24 cents, has been on very light volume. I fully expect it to recover, past previous highs (27cps) very quickly.
DOW had a huge rally overnight so thing might be on the mend there....With premarket up another 2%, things looking good for another spectacular overnight tonight as well.
