I have felt it for at least a decade now and think that within 20 short years it will be clearer.

Globalisation has hastened the decline imo, giving massive jobs growth to BRIC economies and not surprisingly, lost productive capacity (and job) in western economies.

What is in store for those in post industrial economies?

Anyone game to describe what they see 20 and 40 years from now?
