It would actually be more complex if individual Counties in those States don't have uniform policies and procedures.

Gee, if only they had some Federal co-ordination, single voter registration database etc etc.

Then the Democrats wouldn't be able to cheat, can't see them wanting that system.
They've been strenuously avoiding that for years.
Always siting racist discrimination or whatever other ism they can come up with.
