The reasonable value of ASX PAR for a Big Pharma offer is $5.7 Billion ($30.00 Per Share) with a up front payment of $750 Million. There will be a minimum of 2 Directors appointed to the board of directors. I have been shouted down before stating that any big pharma Directors could be appointed. That's a reality in the corporate world and that's life. if you think they are going to dump millions in think again as this is big business.once a big Pharma deal is done they have a large say as to how funds are expended. Hopefully for shareholders Paul Rennie will do that deal with a royalty of 30 to 35 % because that's the true value of PAR with the massive world exposure
