I dont think so.

At what price do you think anyone could get 40 million shares at?????
20,25,30,35 cents???????

They wont want to give away the shares for bugger all imo.

Bit like ADY and the ceo there...at the time ADY was 13/14 cents and he said he wouldnt raise cash and issue shares unless it was at 20 plus cents.

I expect the SA project to get the nod after a TH.Price opens up alot higher say in the 20's. S/P runs high 20's and then they start to talk about the placement. The announcement said that it would do the placement in the coming months and a price to be determined at that time.
Well in a few weeks/month i expect a "yes" from SA and a s/p a great deal higher wouldnt you all think?????????????????????????????????????????????????
just my thoughts and they are based on what COK has done.
