    I was particually interested in the ruthenium supplys side which looks like the Umicore alliance but Dyesol have only released a letter of intent with them on 15/11/10. That is not quite the apparently "locked in long term material supply agreements" for "large volumes of Dyesol materials" which would be a step forward as I see it. Especially given the ruthenium market is small.
