Hi all ,hav held RRS LT, the Increasing American presence in the area was all that i wanted to hear, so increased holdings 3x. Everthing else now needs time to run its course. Still high risk is obvious,but looking back 12 months+ its where i had hoped RRS would be given the huge task. RRS managment should be applauded to get us to this stage and to what is needed to make this work,engaging/ employing somali people /working with the local and federal goverment.gr8 story.G
