Sorry I can't agree - it only takes one story of a dog turning on a child to sway my opinion forever & there have been plenty of examples
Being human might cause my bias but the life of a child is worth more IMO than 100 dogs ..no 1000...no limit really
I do not hate dogs but I can not accept any risk to children i.e if an adult not be guaranteed 100% to be around - then that is too much risk
