CAP shareholders, like those voting in America, your vote counts so make sure you exercise your right!
It's easy as a smaller shareholder to think your vote doesn't count, but that's not the case for CAP's 30th November AGM.
The reasons to vote for the Board and against Silvergate's nominees are clear. If Silvergate want to take over CAP, then they should make an open bid to all shareholders and not try and simply take control of the Board.
Let Silvergate put its money on the table and let all shareholders decide.
If Silvergate succeeds on 30th November, it would have effective control of the Board with its two directors, yet with only 19% of the company. If it really wants Hawsons, it can make an offer to the liquidator and buy 40% right NOW.
As a long-term holder of CAP I am confident in the current Board and management and want to get MAXIMUM value for my shares.
