A few people made some nice coin back then. Sell their rubbish to the gov and upgrade with the cash. Or I read somewhere some cops were selling the same guns multiple times lol.

No shortage of those unfortunately. i sometimes wonder if the mass medication of society with Prozac like drugs is connected with people flipping out with a gun and having a massacre.
