Thanks for the help all. I’d somehow not even seen the blue 9 cent flag in the picture (talk about ownership bias). Nor was I aware of the very low volume.
Sorry to anyone who saw these posts and experienced the same false hope I did. Thought it could have been good news leaking in the US about some sort of deal. It is probably just some random and insignificant anomaly instead.
