$$N AMEX candle perspective:

The session closed higher and uptrend is sustained (higher highs and higher lows) on a good volume. The newly established support level is tested with the lower shadows at 1.52 for more than an hour of trading but the bulls defended successfully and gained momentum to 1.57-158 levels for most of the trading hours.

IMO, the incremental increase in price actions from here on forward is healthy even with limited company updates (announcements). An announcement on business fundamental will create a breakout because the expectations on either side is heightened for the lack of updates in the preceeding months.
