If they are a bust, then watch out. The SP will be decimated.
IMO back to 6s - 7s. Maybe short term until Ft Peck starts to see results.
I think there are a lot of nervous holders and investors on the sidelines just waiting. Defender and SOA are not a given. With CHKs land a bust (for what ever the reason) and now selling out, just makes this play an even higher risk than what it already is. Just don't put the house on it as it is not a sure thing. The traps SOA is drilling into just may be filled with water. Interesting that Farmer Joe in his red pickup and the other "eyes on the ground" have gone quiet recently. Mr Barr I am still waiting to see something.
