Great post SUDS, you nailed it. Take a look at a chart from Money and add DOW and volume and you see the tie to the DOW and not the greatest volume. This does look like a wait and see stock at this point.

Read between the lines and I think you will see CHK saw something. I think other large investment groups made the same evaluation.

Look at the trend on the last few days and question why the DOW is up and SSN is lower.
