    i hope we get an offer around $1.37 - but i don't see CS stumping up that kind of a premium,

    i'd say 30-40% premium on 60day trading average...

    around 80-90c more than likely...

    however - i'll be holding onto mine regardless as i think the NASDAQ is where the golden goose will be laying the TZL eggs
