China doesn't invest close to a Billion dollars into the same patch we are in for no reason.
The worst thing about this little rise on the AMEX tonight will be all the downrampers and gap hunters that wished they hadn't missed the boat and come out in force tommorrrow. But hey, as i said I'll be quite happy if we close at $2.20 on the AMEX as long term the value of ssn is starting to unlock.
