Shimmer, its difficult to believe Niobrara will yield the same rates as the bakken (would be great if it comes out that way though) - from memory the wells already proven there are at lower rates, so the expectation will that SSN's large acreage will more than compensate for the lower rates (how many wells can you fit on 50,000 acres?).
