Bios are like this; a roller coaster ride.
The biggest test of detachment and rational thinking is to hold a bio stock. You must be prepared to revise your buy decision, and be prepared to sell if there is a reasnable likelihood of failure.
So far no reason to sell. Funding issues are important with bios but with sound science and a consolidation to bring this to the attention of the instos, this should gain traction. The biggest risk with bios is the market is sometimes stupid.
