Well Amgen just converted their convertible note and are now the proud owner of 24,000,000 UNIS shares representing a holding of 12.6%.
I think this is a very strong message to the market as they had a floor price of $1.25 per share.
I hope they continue to hold long into the future and accumulate more on market. Things could get interesting quickly if they decide to put there foot down on the buy button.
Another piece of the puzzle coming together.
