It talks of 12.6% of a certain class of stock. That is 12.6% of common stock.

It does not note these as another class of stock - as in the ASX 3B on the 23/01/16.

If they were to be converted in the future - how many shares would they know to issue now.

20 day average of $2 x 90% into $30m = 16.6m shares.

JMO but I think they have been converted.
