Yeah that would be it Jake. I don't think converted, just filing what they need to, to keep an informed market if it were converted. When it says (Date of Event Which Requires Filing of this Statement) and states 22nd Feb we know they are talking about the Amgen deal and the 8K filed, we know back then that Amgen didn't take any shares or convert the note, as they can get discounts on future sales of devices and or discounts on development work etc to have the $30m paid down.
