It seems pretty clear that the market is worried that AMI will pay too much to buy the CSA mine from Glencore. The US$575m that AIS was willing to pay was ridiculous and they have now dropped out. As AMI are now the logical owners of this mine, if they do buy it there will need to be a CR.
