Generally, I would agree! my last AMI Post 8th December I was quite bullish and also viewed potential breakout on the way.
HOWEVER, it has been nearly 2 months SINCE that post, and I have YET to re-enter AMI! Here for reference:

Just not long ago, they have spiked it to flirt with cross trades near 11c. Although, prior to this, they showed incredible weakness not only on the tape, the chart candlestick, but also the depth of buyers and sellers has far more supply than what demand appears to be present at these levels.
Below is the Daily chart, we can see what looks to be a break of actual trend here. It is also rejecting the 200 EMA now and is failing to clear 11c or 11.5c convincingly.
I suspect with financing on the way, most companies seem to think a -20% discount below the last closing price is normal these days, so we can suspect a raise or more issuing of shares at 8c? 
I would LIKE TO BUY, although I am then fearful a breach of 7.7c support would get stop losses hit and we don't know how low the floor will be then. I am most definitely on the sidelines, and would actually exercise caution on positions here, using whatever liquidity there is to reduce risk and shave portfolio size to something more risk-averse IMO.
