Considering the till is running low, they will look to exercise the Undrawn Loan Note. Not if, but WHEN?! That also won't be long enough to outstand cash burn rate etc etc and therefore another financing is likely UNLESS a material discovery is made, OR the price of certain commodities goes absolutely Pumper

This is what I allude to with financing or raising. It's all about a weakened capital structure. More supply, more debt as it's not entirely a debt free company (well atleast according to Yahoo Finance as there's nearly $13M Still showing, although it can be a delayed website so take with grain of salt).

Nonetheless, the stock has 1.7B shares on issue, and the entire FLOAT for us alllllll is 1.1B meaning it is piss weak in terms of Insiders holding it.

Trust me, I too was once bullish, just back in December 2023. So I love your level of detail and insight although some things I think, MAY be overlooked.

You mentioned stock is going down on "low volume" and no news".

For me that's flag raising. Means there isnt real interest in the stock and prices are going down despite any company updates, good or bad. Market perceives it in another way and OUR GOAL as investors AND traders is to be on the correct side of it. Well wishes to all

P.S THERE IS AN INVESTORS CONFERENCE TOMORROW at 10am during Market Open that will be interesting to see how markets react. What have they delayed so far? I heard once never hold into NEWS, and never hold prior to conference meets. I don't hold
