The only benefit of a merger would be to bolster MACs bottom line. A script deal means on shareprice alone AMI holders would get maybe 1 share mac for 10 or more ami. Plus, the 100 million we have in the bank would be used to pay off debt for mac. Where exactly is the benefit for AMI holders??? We have no debt, are about to enter a highly profitable phase, are self sufficient, with planning and progress on time. Financially for AMI holders there is nothing to gain, and a heck of a lot to lose. Our SP is around 18c now, it is not going to stay there. No deal. Maybe go back and crunch some numbers based on futuer growth.
