A video of a cage moving could be assumed proof of a functioning and licensed man riding conveyance system. A video of a cage full of miners going up and down a shaft at full speed will convince me its operational. It will take more to convince the miners to actually use it again from the sentiment I observed.
I apologise for the negativity on a Monday morning but I was disappointed by this and a lot more of the "talk on the Decline" as they call it when you go to these places and speak face to face with suppliers and miners.
