Top 4 shareholders (No 2 & 3 are Wheeler) hold 15%. If someone/ thing wants it they will have to pay up unless it one of the top 4 make a move.
Helix has survived for so long with still only 390m shares on issue because they continually monetise assets. In the past they had no interest in taking anything into production but irrespective of their current business model we should be sitting around 75m market cap right now. At $15m Creasy could buy lot on his platinum Amex.
