I seldom post on this site but I hold over 7.5M+ INT shares in various parcels purchased over the years. This issue of executive remuneration for INT has has got me very annoyed.
I cant believe the hide of the executive directors to seek another 10M shares after this last FY's indifferent performance. This is on top of the cash bonus of $100,000 paid out last year.
In saying this I note the remuneration report lists the total remuneration paid to Messrs Kiddle and Meehan at nearly $900,000 for FY 2010. This for a company that took in only $5.776M in sales this past year!!
I also note the company secretary provides legal services to INT and that on top of the secretarial remuneration of $56,000 paid out, the secretary received about $50,000 in fees for legal work for the FY 2010 year. The total amounts paid to the secretary are $118,459 for FY 2010 and $123,146 for FY 2009.
I have already voted accordingly in relation to the above issues by proxy for the AGM.
