all i know is lord wont be issued any shares to repay the notecome due date.. and no capital raise will need to occur in order to pay him out.. lord will be paid out 2.1mill in cash on time in full... ask me how at this point, well i dont have the details.. but i know what i know. im in sydney wont be able to attend agm.. i seeing alot of fair points worthy of mention tho at agm.. so if many of get the chance plz attend and ask ur questions.. but i agree with joewolf.. not value adding going there with the crook outlook or rude mentality.. ask respectful q and im sure u wuill get respectful response at agm
