I am hoping it is (c), for we all need a break. At the same time, the other options are just a plausible IMHO. I hope I am wrong on that point. The 10M shares each is a bit rude without clarifying what futures prospects they have made for us. In addition, since when are executives paid for future prospects, and not work done. Hmmm, not sure about this.

Hope someone with more knowledge or understanding comes forth with a little insight into this, before we all go over to the dark side.
