Perhaps FAR is waiting for official DOC, at which point the value of the prize should be multiples bigger, making it easier to find a suitable backer to fund the legal challenge if one doesn't already exist. If far does have a shadowy white knight then perhaps they are waiting for the resource to be further proven up before committing to the fight? More speculation..
