Whatever anyone thinks is the deal, isn't until they have Tanzanian Govt sign-off and anyone who knows about that particularly corrupt place will know that the simplest paperwork may take 6 months or more and even then they may not receive what they expect to recieve ie until they had it all signed off there was no good reason to suspend trading and otherwise they should have just updated the market. All of which adds weight to my concern that these guys are new players in a game with plenty of tricks lying in wait!
