The aminex release is confusing. What they are sayin is that 40 mmscfd is the energy equivalent of 6,700 BOPD.

Not really, it's a standard conversion...

6000CF or 6mCF is approx = 1 BOe (barrel of oil equivalent)

So 40mmCFpd is approx = 6700 BOepd (actually it's about 6667BOepd)
