    Does anyone on HC subscribe to an ongoing use of Amino Acids as a dietary supplement?

    I'm not coming at this from a training point of view (if I do an hours exercise its a big day) and the anabolic/ergogenic benefits of increased protein production but other wider effects such as:

    *improved immune systems
    *brain health (esp. alzheimer progression reduction)
    *cardio-vascular health (outside exercise-related improvement)

    Any pro-AA lobbyists out there?
