JF: we are on a similar wavelength (except you may be more DISCIPLINED than I)
I notice a difference with 2 litres of water each day (as opposed to 300ml).
I use coconut oil & product in most things esp. fruit shakes.
Wheat grass: have some (more for the high alkaline content) but taste is another issue!
And I'm wary of sulphites and other additives.
