My tips for what it's worth: - buy and drink cask water from the supermarket (has no fluoride or BPA) - eat organic and non-GMO fruit and veg - kangaroo mear or meat from a farm - get a blender, makes smoothies easy for the body to digest and use - make sure you get your fats (avocado, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, extra virgin olive oil) you brain is made of fat and needs it - take a wheat grass (green powder) drink in morning and night - use sea salt not table salt. Salt is good for you!
