    Hi Kalaru, yep less sleep needed.

    If the body gets what it needs you will feel great!!
    Nearly all diseases people get are due to nutrient deficiencies.

    My tips for what it's worth:
    - buy and drink cask water from the supermarket (has no fluoride or BPA)
    - eat organic and non-GMO fruit and veg
    - kangaroo mear or meat from a farm
    - get a blender, makes smoothies easy for the body to digest and use
    - make sure you get your fats (avocado, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, extra virgin olive oil) you brain is made of fat and needs it
    - take a wheat grass (green powder) drink in morning and night
    - use sea salt not table salt. Salt is good for you!
