Basically of police-force are rendered use-less----no training in dealing with terrorist---they have been a Govt funding source(booking the workers) to increase Govt revenue---this is way of their league---go back to booking people--something your good at---as crime soars---revenue soars as well---safety is last on their list---no money in safety----they have the Amo`s motto----we let you die !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
