amitan meeting today

Hopefully this means the end of any cloak and dagger stuff from DS and his band of merry crooks. What I would like to see is:

1) New directors of Amitan announced by AGU
2) Update on takeover, timing etc..
3) Initial 19M shares issued last year to Amitan cancelled
4) Details of all tenaments Amitan hold and the values attributed to them by AGU
5) Presentation by Remta on future direction of company and timeline for any exploration activity

Quarterly due out next week and questions need to asked if there has been any cash burn without matching expenditure to some worthwhile activity.
