Why is this stock trading at levels close to its 12 month lows...

    Why is this stock trading at levels close to its 12 month lows (of 58c) when oil price has been rallying so strongly over recent months.

    Something does not appear to be right given share price has fallen substantially from 12 months high of $1.34.

    A break below 58c could spell trouble.
