I have been following this one too... will buy in very soon at this price, once the funds arrive.

One thing not yet mentioned is the political / economic risk in Turkey. I read this week that the president of Turkey has been in hospital for a second time, so the political outlook is not clear.

Also the economic outlook. AYO's reports say that they find Turkey a good place to do business. But it could always take a turn for the worse, inflation of their currency could become more problematic etc.
