Surely there is almost a case against the directors for gross negligence & not discharging their fiduciary responsibilities. The amount of salary the chairman received, who is a non executive of over $400k, is criminal. I have voted against the remuneration resolution & I encourage other shareholders to do the same. This board needs to be held accountable, I suggest SHs attend the AGM & voice their disapproval !!
