Other long term SH will know that we've always been able to vote online at the registry - The Boardroom (quick and easy).

However, I've noticed that for this NOM the online  voting instruction on the proxy form is in fact Aeon's email address not the Boardroom!

I phoned the registry and asked why we can't vote online in the normal way and was told that Aeon had changed the instruction this time so that the voting forms are sent to Aeon not The Boardroom!!!!

I find this quite unsettling and wonder why Aeon management are making it more difficult for SH to vote (i.e presumably against their attempt to be awarded the 2.5m free shares each)?

The ASX have been informed.

I obtained permission for any SH to scan and email their form to The Boardroom instead of Aeon if they choose to do so. Email [email protected]

Imo we should vote for Resolution 1 and 2 (the debt restructuring) and against Resolutions 3 to 9 giving free shares to the Directors and their colleagues.
