i do not really know too much about prm, but from the last report, i read the following

"The PDA provides that if a change of control was deemed to occur, Plenty River may compulsorily be required to sell its participating interest in the Dampier Nitrogenproject and the shares which it held
at such time in Dampier Nitrogen Pty. Ltd. in accordance with the procedure detailed in the PDA, which might result in Plenty River getting less than what it considered to be "fair value" for its
interest in the project."

from the above, maybe it will not be a blue chip
