not sure hoe you can say they have caught up when ilua negotiations havent even commenced. it takes a good 2 years for an ilua. 1 year of negotiations if you are lucky and then another year waiting for the next agm so it can be properly voted on. then again AMN have the cdnts fctor so you will likey experience an impasse straight up (based on rwd's experience) and then probably 2 years of negotiations if you can get to that stage. so id be very surprised if you get an ilua registered in this decade.
