Not just the Chinese, though they are one of the best at it. The sensationalism around drc is ludicrous considering the key players are established in the region. Now if avz was going it alone or with a company with nonexposure to the drc it even a western company i’d be worried. However when we deal with Chinese mega business, the government is never too far away. More importantly if it involves security of supply to the nation’s plans the companies will be heavily supported.
