"corporate advisory capacity" at REW would have meant he was VERY CLOSE to the float process. Hard not to hold the guy partially responsible for such an abomnible screw up.
Further, note that:
a) Rogers is NOT THE CEO of PRR. FOr some reason he prefers to be known as Executive Director on the website at least.
b) The CHAIRMAN of PRR is ALSO on the board of REW. Seems like he and ROGERS are part of the same club.
