It has been years since I owned a few ROC, but had a look at it again last night briefly and honestly think this has to be the most ridiculously priced oil producer around . Surely these ALL TIME LOW PRICES are coming to the attention of other producers . How else could another producer expect to get levels of ROC's production without an enormous risk heavy drlling campaign over years .
Unsustainably low shareprice, imo, and an extreme case of "sitting duck" .
It has been years since I owned a few ROC, but had a look at it...
