Courtesy of Huntleys: - AMP Limited (AMP) $6.65 Plumbing new record lows this morning, with the market having lost all confidence. Analysts are saying there is no earnings visibility, management is saying this too, and media commentators are saying it will get worse before it gets better. These, coupled with the hysteria surrounding the stock, would normally indicate a long-term buying opportunity but the outlook for markets post any war in Iraq is unclear. Finessing an entry point for our second tranche for long-term investors is like trying to catch a falling knife but traders comfortable with a high level of risk can continue to average in in expectation of a war rally or a bounce in AMP shares from perceived oversold levels.
