You can call the North BDM's and ask them directly- you can google their direct numbers. How would you pose such a question and get the correct information?
"Thanks for taking my call- I had a question regarding FUM inflow from EFA's. Generally speaking, are you finding that external advisers are using the North platform? Why do you find it so difficult to get EFA's to use the North Platform, is it due to them being comfortable with their current platforms, the service they receive from North, or that it is attached to the AMP brand? In the last shareholder update, it outlined that FUM inflow from EFA's was increasing significantly, do these figures account for advisers that have left the AMP advice network and had existing business with North?
